We are excited to announce a new Strength & Stability Class at Whittington Park Community Centre, led by the Healthy Generations instructor Petra Hind.
This class is designed to help improve strength, balance, and stability through a variety of gentle exercises; perfect for anyone looking to maintain or improve their fitness in a supportive and relaxed environment.

A gentle, free-standing aerobic warm-up
Standing leg and core strengthening exercises to support posture and balance
Mat-based or chair-based options for back, tummy, and arm strengthening
A relaxing cool-down with mat or chair-based stretches
Whether you're looking to build strength, improve balance, or simply stay active, this class is a great way to engage with your physical health in a welcoming community setting.
No prior experience is needed, and modifications are available for all abilities.
