We are thrilled to introduce new Qi Gong classes to Whittington Park Community Centre, starting on Saturday, 4th January 2025! Whether you're looking to reduce stress, improve vitality, or simply connect with yourself on a deeper level, Qi Gong offers something for everyone.


What is Qi Gong?

Qi Gong is a timeless, ancient practice combining mindful movements, breathwork, and meditation to promote overall wellbeing. This practice teaches you to release physical tension, let go of emotional burdens, and clear stagnant energy, leaving you feeling revitalised and balanced.


When and Where?

  • Start Date: Saturday, 4th January 2025

  • Regular Sessions: Every Saturday at 10:30 AM

Who Can Join?

No prior experience is necessary, and people of all ages are welcome. Whether you're a seasoned meditator or entirely new to Qi Gong, this class is designed to guide you on your journey toward health, vitality, and happiness.
