As we enter November, see below the updated timetable of activities and classes available to our community members.
New Addition: Hatha Yoga Classes We are reintroducing Hatha Yoga classes, led by experienced instructor Maria. These sessions will take place on Tuesday evenings from 7:00 to 8:00 pm and Saturday mornings from 10:00 to 11:00 am. Maria's approach to classical Hatha yoga offers a comprehensive practice suitable for all levels, focusing on dynamic asanas and mindful movement. Participants are encouraged to pre-book due to limited mat availability.
Ending this month: The last Living Space Art School class of 2023 will take place on 30th November.
