Volunteer with us

We really value all our volunteers.  Because we are a community centre we can offer a wide variety of volunteer roles working with all ages and in a variety of settings.  If you want to gain experience working with children, over 60s, in the office or gardening we’d love to hear from you.  Or perhaps you already have experience in these areas and want to brush up on your skills before applying for paid employment.

  • WE CURRENTLY NEED LUNCH CLUB VOLUNTEERS to assist our Lunch Club Coordinator.  We’d love to hear from you if you’d like to chat and serve a cuppa to our lunch club members, assist with activities, serve and clear lunch afterwards.  If you’d like to be a passenger assistant to help with our transport for members we can offer training. You’ll have the satisfaction of knowing you’re supporting a much-valued service and getting to know some of our older neighbours.

Please get in touch with alex@whittingtonpca.org.uk or call 0207 272 1847.

How to apply

Our application process is very simple and accessible.  If you think you would like to help out in any way, get in touch. We will arrange a meeting to get to know you and see how you can be best placed to help out.
