Keep Fit – Body Conditioning class

Feel fitter, stronger and more relaxed with this all-over, fun workout to music including aerobics, body conditioning and stretching.
Wear comfortable clothes and trainers, bring a mat if you have one. All abilities welcome, no experience needed!

Caroline is a trained Exercise To Music  teacher and will adapt the sessions to suit your own needs and abilities. Exercises focus on cardio-vascular activities to help lose weight, building strength, particularly in core muscles to support the back and keeping flexible. #moveforlife
