In Carla’s Hula Hoop classes you’ll learn everything from the basics of core hula hooping to fancy tricks and flourishes!

No experience is necessary, hoops are provided but please do book in advance as space is limited!

What you need: comfortable workout clothes (leggings, shorts, t-shirts … you will get sweaty!) and a bottle of water.

When: Every Monday 7.00pm – 8.00pm
